“Helpful staff, with varying levels of English spoken on any given day. Not far from the centre of town, and easy to spot if you're driving into Aktau from the out-of-town train station or edge-of-town seaport. Good hot water, comfy beds, large rooms and a very filling breakfast.”
“This hotel is on what might be considered the edge of the centre of Aktau, but being that it's a small town it's not all that far to walk in (15 minutes). One of the advantages of its location is that it's nice and quiet at night, with comfy beds, so you're guaranteed to get a good night's sleep! The staff are really helpful; and despite some of them using Google Translate to mediate their responses in English they will go above and beyond to help you. The breakfast here is fantastic, with eggs and pancakes made to order; along with a variety of pastries and tea or coffee.”

“В этой гостинице я с радостью провел все свои командировки в прошлом году, было все по соотношению для данной категории гостиниц на отлично! Но сказка кончилась.В этом году тренированный старый персонал ушел, новые к сожалению не совсем понимают, что такое клиент и что с ним делать, в данном случае молодость не оправдание а отягощающий фактору .В целом все хорошо, но тот уют и тепло которые я застал, слегка рассеялся.”
