Recieption: Aysel and Ercan - friendly and helpful, always smiling; Animation: Berrin and Viktoria - brilliant professionals, so open to guests; Waiters: Mustafa - very polite, fluent speaks in english, russian, german, all main restourant staff was great, food is speachless, sooo delicious, always fresh! Chef thank you very much! Barbery shop inside the hotela was very good, reasonable priced, friendly service. “Tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick. Wir haben noch nie so gut geschlafen 😊 Sehr höfliches Personal und immer alle sehr bemüht und sehr schnell, besonders Mustafa im Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft, reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Ein toller Spa-Bereich mit dem besten Masseur der Welt 😊 Top !!! Besser geht nicht. Guter Poolbereich mit vielen Liegen. Tolle Schaumparty😊 Wir haben uns super erholt und kommen gerne wieder !!!”
“Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und ansprechend. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern gehalten. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Hotel allgemein war stets vorhanden. Im Zimmer jedoch war die Sauberkeit nicht perfekt für 5-Sterne, der Boden z.B. hätte saubererer sein können. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Wir haben das Gratis-WLAN im ganzen Hotel inkl. Strand (!) sehr geschätzt. Das Hotel allgemein ist eher neu und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Pool-Anlage hat uns persönlich sehr gut gefallen - man hat auch am Nachmittag noch wenige freie Liegestühle-Plätze gefunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter.”
