“Friendly, personal staff. Treated me like I was as important as the celebrities they accommodate. Front desk, bell staff —shout out to Orion!—doorman, excellent! They made a point to remember my name. Lounge was comfortable and provided cosy, friendly atmosphere. Sunset was glorious!”
