“There are staffs who can speak fluent English and Chinese. Front and Hall staffs are extremely friendly. The sight from room or restaurants are beautiful. Hope to have chance to stay here again.”
“During our stay we were able to use the Launch, which had excellent facilities. Drinks, snacks, beautiful view, a listening room with records and CDs, interesting books. The stuff was helpful and very kind. You could see the location where the G7 summit was held in 2016, with a little exhibition as well. I also forgot my bathing suits wrapped in a towel at the pool area, and I called the hotel after we came back home and they found the bathing suits and send it back to my home without any costs on my side.”
