“We got upgraded to a superior room at no additional cost and we did not even request it. They automatically offered it. I cannot remember the name of the wonderful lady at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. You get your money's worth. Francisco, the porter was most helpful and accommodating. And Marcus, the concierge was the best. He walked us through on how to get around and booked us with a great restaurant in the area. We enjoyed our chats with him. Awesome guy!”
