“The woman who checked us in went over and above to help. There was an issue with the Booking .com reservation. We had added a 3rd room at a later date and the hotel had not received the amended/increased booking, It took some time but she figured out the problem and then made sure the reservation was not hidden or under a number name to make sure we were not double charged. She was a big help and even called a colleague over to verify,even though she was very competent. I wish I could remember her name,”
