“This is a top hotel and we paid a good price through this site. My scores are about right BUT they do not reflect what I feel. The concierge guys, "Will" especially were excellent but other staff efficient but lacking interaction, friendliness. Maybe I ask for different things from a hotel oether than straight efficiency and facilities. Excellent, well prlced hotel 3 minutes from the subway. I'd go again - if only to teach the staff smiling!”

“I misjudged the closing time of the breakfast and they were closing down getting ready for lunch. Staff comforted me with coffee, juice, soup and fruit. It was A+ service. Additionally a member of the hotel staff (Will) noticed I had problems with my voice (I caught a chest cold and sore throat.) and as I was exiting the hotel for the morning he followed me and suggested he could help me get some herbal medication for my throat. That is top notch service.”
