“The bed was large and comfortable. The overall vibe of the hotel was cool - large stained glass / didn't feel corporate at all, which is something we hoped to avoid. It was overall clean. The food is excellent. The young man working the graveyard shift almost made up for the disorganized and chaotic buzzing of other staff members but since the check in was so unnecessarily complicated I cannot rate the staff higher. It was ridiculous and stressful - and we used booking.com to streamline the room rate and check in process.”
