“הגענו למלון הזה כברירת מחדל, לאחר שלא מצאנו מקום פנוי במלון גליליון באגמון החולה, מטרת הסופ"ש היה ציפורים באגמון החולה, המלון עלה על כל הציפיות שהיו לנו למרות ובגלל המחיר הגבוה מאד יחסית למקובל, האוכל היה מעל ומעבר למקובל במלונות 5 כוכבים בישראל, קיבלנו פינוק בצורת ארוחת ערב ביום שישי, שהייתה מדהימה במבחר העצום של כל מה שאפשר לרצות, וכמובן שהיה טעים מאד. ארוחות הבוקר שתיהן, למרות השבת היו גם הן ברמה מעל טוב מאד ומעל המקובל. אני בדרך כלל לא נותן ציונים גבוהים כאלו, אבל למעט המחיר הגבוה יחסית, המקום הזה שווה כל אגורה. גם בהתיחסות, גם באיבזור החדר ( לקחנו סויטה בקומה שנייה עם "הוט טאב" צמוד שזה היה מפנק ברמות בלתי רגילות. ניסינו גם את מבנה הספא על הבריכת זרמים שלו וגם טיפול זוגי של מסאג' שגם הוא היה בסדר גמור פלוס.”
