“The room was ok. Most of the stay was ok. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast only ok. Window was left open before we arrived and the inside window ledge was over flooded and the floor was all wet. So tired when I arrived I just wiped it all up rather than call for help so I could get to sleep.”
