“All the staff was great. Very accommodating and sweet. Nothing was too much trouble to them. The food was exceptionally good and again, both waiting- and kitchen staff worked hard to make everyone feel welcomed.”
“The Seiser Alm is one of the most picturesque spots in the Dolomites. Great for hiking and for families. The hotel is well located, comfortable and good value for money. I stayed over the Ferragosto holiday weekend and the hotel put on a special 6 course gala dinner for all guests, which was really great.”
“The staff was incredible friendly. They let us check in very early and we're very helpful. The room was clean and had plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The windows also lean in, so it was nice and cool to sleep in the heat of the summer. The breakfast was sufficient and tasty and the dinner was very good. Many courses too. The hotel couldn't be in a better location.”

“Schön gelegen wie jedes Hotel auf der Seiser Alm, alle waren oberflächlich sehr nett, Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut, aber für unseren Geschmack zu viel "Show" bei eigentlich nur mittlerer Qualität.”
“Das Essen sowohl beim Frühstücksbuffet als auch 6 Gänge Abend-Menü waren spitze. Tolles Salatbüffet, für Italien seltene Vollkornbrot, tolles Strudel-Nachtischbuffet.... Sauna (finnisch und Dampf) war auch bei schönem Sommerwetter an und sehr angenehm. Alles weiter so!!!”

“Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten glücklicherweise das Zimmer umbuchen, da uns das gebuchte Zimmer und vor allem dessen Lage gar nicht gefallen hat. Das Essen war auch super lecker, vor allem das Abendessen. Buffets wurden auch immer aufgefüllt.”
