“We stayed in a traditional Japanese room, it was absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to the Whirlpools where the boats leaves from. Bus stop right outside to go back into town. Staff where most helpful, we had dinner in the restaurant Japanese style where the staff let us know in which order we were to eat our meal. Beautiful décor and rooms clean and very large.”
“Spacious and very comfortable room. Very efficient and helpful front desk. Manager helped me with my onward booking by calling hotel and checking for driving directions as telephone number was not registered on GPS. Restaurant on site served good and reasonably priced food. Overall a very good stay.”
“The sea facing hotel was in excellemt location. All the facilities were excellent. The food was delicious. The staffs were really helpful. About 15 minutes walk to naruto bridge and otsuka bijutsukan. Rural area, a perfect runaway from city life. However they are no convenience stores nearby. The nearest one, yamazaki y shop is 2.2 km away.”
“Walking distance (up a steep, not very well-maintained path) to the bridge. Lovely baths on the top floor with views of the seashore, bridge, passage and possibly the whirlpools on a good day. We stayed 2 days; the first in a Japanese style, 2nd in western style room. Both rooms were spacious with spacious bathroom. Dinner menu was limited but good - except for disposable wooden chopsticks.”
“Spacious & clean room. Good breakfast. Hotel location is very close to Naruto Whirlpool.”
“The room is quite big compare with normal Japanese hotel room. Good location with a nice view onsen , near Otsuka Musuem of Art within 3 minutes walk.”
“Huge (for Japan), well appointed room. Nice onsen. The restaurant was good, we had dinner and breakfast there.”
“sea resort at the beach; fancy museum near-by; outlook on the "whirls" close-by”
“The room was lovely. Very roomy and we were facing the ocean and it was fantastic. The dinner was very traditional and specialised food and it was delicious.”
“Good quality breakfast and fresh seafood diner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean bathroom and very relaxing hot- spring. Walking distance to Otsuka Art Museum.”
