“Staff really friendly & helpful. Exceptional customer service and attention from Leisure Centre Manager Sebastian who went 'over & above' to ensure we enjoyed our visit to the leisure centre. When we went to the sauna & steam rooms, he provided rolled towel for neck / head rest, lovely refreshing iced, lime water, aromatherapy oils and couldn't have been more helpful while unobtrusive. Jets in pools are fabulous, all areas spotlessly clean as was our room & bathroom. We arrived early, no problem, checked out late, again no problem! Food was lovely. Staff lovely. Lively bar with lovely friendly atmosphere. Great value for money in beautiful scenic location.”

“I liked the décor, comfort, staff, food, location, view (once you ask for a room with a view) The breakfast menu was excellent, I particularly noticed the meticulous attention to cleanliness in the dining room as occupation of tables turned over. Its on the street, so safety of toddlers would be the responsibility of their parents.”

“All of the staff in this hotel are really friendly and very helpful. The food is fantastic. The rooms are a good size with a comfortable king size bed and fantastic views from our room anyway. The town is lovely and you're just a short drive from Goats Pass, Sheeps head and Mizen head and SO many other beautiful places.”

“We were in room 204 over the May Bank holiday weekend . Bed was extremely comfy-good size room and view looking over the sea which was fantastic to wake up to each day. The staff were lovely-particularly the girls doing the breakfast shift and dinner shifts in Chapters-extremely pleasant. Breakfast was great-had the eggs benedict both mornings-eggs were perfectly runny! Swimming pool was really nice and has a sauna and steam room as well. Lady working at the reception there was also extremely friendly and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Perfect spot to explore West Cork-Baltimore, Mizen Head, Cape Clear, Skibereen etc.”
