“Beware.. When checking in I told the clerk we had booked online. Shesaid too bad, you are not eligible for the free breakfast unless you useour phone reservation system... What?????? Something is wrong here! Whyuse the online systems if you are not going to receive the sametreatment as any other guest???? This is pure bs. The drain plugapparatus sink in the room was broken but housekeeping came in but wasunable to fix the sink, so we had a bucket under the sink. What ajoke!!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise, It is ok.”
