“The Santrivani is located in the city center, close to shops for food shopping and entertainment. The room was very clean and had all the required amenities for me to love it (hot water, air conditioning, hair dryer, the best matress ever, fluffy bedclothes, blankets, etc.), pleasant atmosphere, attentive service and a very courteous owner willing to serve his guest.”

“The rooms were clean, well maintained - in fact had just been refurbished. The location in the old town and near to the harbour was what we wanted. We specifically chose the property for that purpose. The rooms were clean and comfortable and cozy. We had a room with a balcony which was good so we have a smoke. We DO NOT LIKE smoking inside.”

The room was bright and clean, bed comfy, and a nice balcony over top the bustling pedestrian street below. Access to restaurants and sights was a breeze. Wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Everything was perfect, rooms were very clean and comfortable, located in a heart of Chania, but in quiet lane, owner of the property was very nice and helpful, same with housekeeper, she even hug us at goodbye :) whole building was recently renovated, you can see it's all new and beautiful, wooden floors, big and very comfortable bed, spacious shower, big enough for two people :) everything you can expect, really recommend to everyone. If I'll be back in Crete, only in this accommodation! ”
“Beautiful hotel in amazing location. Hotel is renovated in traditional style, king size bed with matress from heaven. Coffee, tea, croissant, bottle water free of charge. A/C useful and a big television inside. The Hotel manager, guest relation, housekeeper Maria was excellent, friendly, helpful and always around. Great service and customer satisfaction at a reasonable, decent price.”

“The room was very nice - the whole building was recently renovated, everything was in great condition and spotlessly clean. The location is absolutely perfect - right by the harbour, middle of the old town, close to everything you want and need. Great restaurants, bars, sights, transport etc. It's only a 10 minute walk from the bus station, and it's easy to find. Owner and cleaner were friendly.”
