“Huaraz isn't the most beautiful town, but the hotel still gave a luxury boutique feeling. The staff were externally nice, always smiling and willing to help. Also, On site restaurant is recommended. Both dinner and the buffet breakfast were amazing.”
“The facilities were nicely decorated. The staff ver friendly. Overall, a nice experience.”
“Staff very accommodating and happy to help. They turned around my laundry in 6 hours and provided a late checkout for me (I left at 8 PM that evening). Even though the hotel is not in downtown Huaraz, I chose to stay at this hotel again after I completed the Huayhuash trek early because the hotel is very nice and I knew the staff would accomodate me.”
“Kind staff! All the staff were sooooo nice and always willing to help us. ”
“Anna was one of the most accommodating proprietors I have ever had the privilege to book with. She and Luc her second in command met all of our needs.”
“I have stayed at the San Sebastian many times over the years (19 visits encompassing about 75 nights). It is secure, clean, friendly and I consider it "home" when I am in Huaraz.”
“All of the above and such caring owners and attentive staff. Would love to return one day.”
“Such care and concern for the comfort of our stay. Just a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Don't waste your money on the larger, more modern, more expensive hotels. San Sebastien's attention to details show that expense was never an object. And a well stocked bar is a must!”
“Very good food and friendly staff, always ready to help.”
“Great hotel! Away from the main plaza so it's quiet but taxis are only 4 soles so it's not bad at all. Staff and owners are great. Let my sweater behind and they were kind enough to send it back to Lima tight away. Haven't received it yet but I hope I will ! :)”
