“This maybe a 3* hotel but you get 5* service ,the owner Ugur and her staff were wonderful , very helpful , on arrive , we checked in, they asked if I would like a coffee ,which they then made specially for us , very time we came back to the hotel a coffee and some times home made cakes were waiting for us , all at no extra cost. the rooms are of medium size , very bright and very clean , a good shower room . a very nice breakfast . If we wanted to know anything all you had to do was ask. We could not fault the hotel ,and if we go back to Samsun we would stay at this hotel again”

“Были проездом и снова остановились в этом отеле на 2 суток. Нам всё здесь нравится: доброжелательный персонал, хороший разнообразный завтрак, подземная парковка под отелем. Чистый номер, удобная кровать, прекрасный санузел. Рядом недалеко много магазинов и кафе. В шаговой доступности достопримечательности. Очень приятная и радушная хозяйка отеля и её родители. “*اولا اشكر ادارة الفندق والاستقبال جدا كريمين ومتعاونين *الموقع ممتاز جدا في وسط المنطقة الحية المركزية عند الاسواق والمطاعم ومكاتب السياحة والسفر وقريب من الكرنيش (يترتب عليه الازدحام خارج الفندق) *حجزت 3 غرف كانت رائعة وحسب طلبي متجاورة (تعتمد على توفر الحجوزات) *السرر جديدة ومريحة والتكيف ممتاز *مواقف السيارات محدودة جدا ولكن طاقم الفندق يتدبر الامر . وكذلك يوجد امام الفندق ساحة مواقف مدفوعة بـ 20 ليرة اليوم *الافطار ممتاز ومتنوع اكثر من المعتاد عليه في فنادق تركيا (جبن وطماطم وخيار وزيتون وبيض مسلوق) *توجد ضيافة شاي وكيك مجانا 24 ساعة بالاستقبال”
