“Really nice hotel, even by western standards. Very nice staff. Room size was like a mini suite. Had a jacuzzi in my room WiFi was not bad comparatively”
“Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Had free breakfast that was pretty good. Location was good.”
“Hot shower after 2 months of low budget in the jungle was like paradise. Nice spacious room, big fluffy towels, huge bed with a duvet, airco, little balcony, swimming pool and close to all restaurants and shops. Free pick up from the airport.”
“The swim up bar and pool are amazing, and the bartenders/staff are very friendly!”
“The only luxury hotel in Iquitos als it seemed to me. Helpful staff, internet is very slow (It took us almost an hour to do our online check-in for out flight the next day. Pool was clean and pretty cool, watch your step, some sharp things in the floor. Rooms are very comfortable, huge bed, balcony, clean and modern bathroom. They have aircondition in every room that you can switch on and off and adjust the temperature as you like (not like in the US where you freeze to death in every room... :-D). We had a good deal, usually our room would have been 400 S. per night, we paid 150 S. via booking.com!”
“extremely noisy and over-charged at check out due to staff communication issues”
“The food was great, and the facilities were beyond expectations. Being an ecotourism lodge in the Amazon we weren't expecting the shower, flushing toilet, 24hr electricity and comfortable rooms. The activities were great and the staff were friendly and helpful (and spoke English)”
“1/2 block from the waterfront walkway and 2 blocks from a very nice museum. Clean and comfortable.”
“This a beautiful hidden place in Iquitos downtown. You will enjoy the pool and services.”
“Staff is very kind (need to mention in Iquitos the people is very kind). Breakfast is OK Room 513 (during our return) is very good (in contrast to room 102 we were given in our first day at the hotel) The opportunity to take some interesting pictures from spiders, moths in the garden and Belen area from room 513”
