“I requested for an additional bed which i did not have. The lady told me to choose between having a single big bed for 2 adults and 2 children for 8 years and 2 and a half years OR to choose two small beds which I can merge into one. I opted for the second one and when I am back in Mauritius I noticed that the price that was quoted on Booking.Com and the Price that I was charged at the hotel are not the same. This is not acceptable. Furthermore we also noted that my wife wedding ring was missing and when we lifted the bed we were shocked to see that ho cleaning was made and that carper under the bed was filthy. Imagine what we were breathing at night.I want Booking.Com to recheck the price that I have been charged. We never got the ring.”

“Close access to restraunts and Taxi facilities close mall nearby , swimming pool was good but a little small , housekeeping guys were really good . Jenny from the restraunt was amazing , front desk Nilfa was a credit , the hotel manager mr Noshad made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible amazing service from these guys , the front door security were very polite and helpful too.”
