“The whole hotel overall was very nice and a welcome break from budget hotels and hostels. They provided a really good selection of toiletries, and it was great that there was a restaurant onsite since everything is kinda spread out around there. There was also an onsen, but I was a bit too intimidated to go in. The staff were very friendly, in particular the restaurant staff who really made an effort to overcome language barriers while serving us. The room was spacious and the beds were nice and comfortable. There was also a free shuttle to the Kawaguchiko station in the morning which was quite convenient, especially as you can store your luggage there for the day.”

“Geniales Hotel, beim checkin werden erstmal die Schuhe ausgezogen und erst wieder angezogen wenn man das Hotel verlässt. Für uns was das ein sehr schöner ausgleich zu dem sonst doch stressigen Städtetrip in Japan. Essen ist auch super Chabu Chabu :)”
