“The reception and house keeping stay spoke no word of English. We had to extend the stay of one of our staff (additional 6 days - total of 10 day) through miscommunication, they charged us for an extra 10 days! they spoke no English! (between our stay, they spoke English, Arabic, French and Spanish). The room was ridden with mosquitos, and the window was loose, so we could hear the road all through the night. It was a nice hotel, but let down by abrupt staff who spoke no English.”
