“Otelin hemen arkasında kapısında kuyruk olunan bir ciğer tavacı var. Tam Çarşı'nın ortasındaki kavşağa bakıyor. Peynirciler (mutlaka alın) ve tatlıcılar (Hayrabolu veya peynir tatlısı veya triliçe) çok yakın. Yürüyerek biraz uzun da olsa Meriç nehrine gidebilirsiniz. En önemlisi 3 şerefeli minare, eski cami (İstanbul'un fetihinden önce yapılmış) be Selimiye 2 adımlık mesafedeler.”
