“Rooms are a good size with a good size fridge. We had to walk from the train station because they had forgotten to order the free taxi. To recompense us they gave us access to the room early and gave us a free transfer back on the Sunday. Our train to St Petersburg left at 2240 and they let us sit in the lobby - very pragmatic. We had 20% discount in our trip to Kizhi. The breakfast was good and self service - very relaxing.”

There were english speakers in the center as well that could help foreign travelers. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant as well. The facilities were pleasant and the location near the lake was more peaceful than a location on urban streets.”

“Very nice and clean hotel in a scenic location by the lake Onego. Staff was friendly and spoke english well. The free parking seemed quite secure. 24 hr restaurant was a pleasure, and the breakfast (with extra cost) was very complete with good choices even for a vegetarian. There were spa and wellness options (free swim in the morning) but didn't use them because of short stay.”
