“Hvis man leder efter et hotel med sjæl og charme i rolige omgivelser er Söruper Hof helt perfekt. Söruper Hof ligger ca. 20 min kørsel fra Flensborg i en mindre rolig by, hvor der dog kun er et ganske fint spisested i gå afstand fra hotellet. Selve hotellet emmer af personlighed, hvor hvert værelse har sin helt egen historie dedikeret til en forfatter og væggene er smukt dekoreret. Morgenmaden er rigtig god, med lokale og hjemmelavede specialiteter, ligeledes er der meget rent og fint på hele hotellet. Vil til enhverv tid anbefale hotellet og kommer gerne selv tilbage.”
