“Traveled with friends during our summer break. The hotel was around a 5 minute walking distance from the metro, making it very convenient. Staff was very very nice and welcoming. The hotel also had a shelf with popular hair products of Japan that guests can borrow for use during their stay. The room was just right for 6 people, but there was only one bathroom making it a bit awkward for 3 guys and 3 girls. Nevertheless, it allowed us to have a traditional Japanese experience. Guests can take the metro to Dontonburi/Shinsaibashi (where we went), but we chose to walk. It was around 4K away, and there are multiple restaurants, convenient stores, and duty free stores on the way. All staff spoke English very well and there was no language barrier whatsoever.”
“The room is really comfortable n is decorated with Osaka style pattern. The selection of shampoo is really nice. You can choose ur own shampoo n u can even change everyday. The location is great. Only 2 stops from namba n direct line from airport. Also, there are several convenient stores n McDonald's near hotel, which u can definitely find things to eat in midnight. And guess what...they offer free rental for portable wifi and u only need to put a 10000 deposit which would be refunded when returning the machine. The last but not the least, the staffs are very friendly n helpful even though they r not 24hrs. I'll definitely visit again!!!”
