“Отель замечательный, как-будто и не в Москве находишься. Номер прекрасный, просторный, чистый. В ванной - джакузи. Куча полотенец, халаты и тапочки, которые меняли каждый день. Завтраки очень сытные (не шведский стол, а континентальные). Понравились аквариумы. Понравилось, что можно было оставить чемоданы( после освобождения номера мы ездили на экскурсию). все вопросы оперативно решались. СПА-комплекс чудесный: турецкая, финская сауны, бассейн. Выбрали этот отель по территориальному принципу (между ЭКСПО и Архангельским), но теперь, похоже, будем только тут останавливаться. Мужу еще название понравилось, т.к. он - болельщик Зенита, я за Спартак болею, но отель мне все равно понравился. :))))”
“Персонал отзывчивый и вежливый. Решают проблемы очень быстро. Вазу для цветов принесли в считанные секунды. Залипшую кнопку включения джакузи отремонтировали очень оперативно и еще извинились. Бильярд открыли для нас в 23:00. Отель очень уютный. Номера красивые. Джакузи даже в стандартных номерах. Бассейн 20м. Все круглосуточно. И самое главное были в будни, и народу ни в отеле, ни во всем Серебряном бору - никого. Красота!”
