“A very clean and comfortable room. Great views over the city to the castle. Close to stations, restaurants and nearby castle and museums. Staff also very helpful and will try and accommodate requests.”

“I had a room with a view onto the castle, which is something you can request of course (although for me it was pure luck). The room itself was okay-sized. Small as is usual for Japanese hotels, but not nearly too small. The bathroom is normal-sized, i.e. I have seen them a lot smaller. The hotel is at 5 minutes walking from station Nishiote, or 10 minutes from Uenoshi. This means it's very close to most of the hotspots in Iga, but not too close to very many tall buildings, giving most floors some sort of view. The room key is a keycard type, so you can just put it in your wallet. You don't need to turn it in when you leave for the day, which is quite convenient.”
