“We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights with a child. It is a spacious, light apartment in a nice building, the location is just right. The bed is very comfortable. The room temperature is just right as well for October: not too hot or cold. The hotel staff is there 24 hours ready at guests' service.”

“I have been a frequent guests of the Roses Hotel in St. Petersburg over the last four years and cannot speak anymore highly of this hotel and the team that work within. The admin team are all fluent in English which means any questions are easily answered. The rooms are extremely clean with fresh bed-linen and towels daily which is something I always notice. The hotel is a 3-4 minute walk to the the nearest Metro station which is one stop away from Singer Cafe which which incidentally is on the doorstep and overlooks Kazan Cathedral. 5 minute walk from there and you are at the Church of Spilled Blood. The Galleria Department Store is 10 min walk from the Hotel which has amazing food, the Ginza Project with its Georgian food and the Market Place restaurants which is great value. Also the hotel is above a British Bakery which sells the best desserts in the city and a local convenience store next door to that which is open 24/7 and is very affordable.”
“Rooms were really spacious, very high ceilings and really comfy bed. the hotel staff were very helpful prior to our stay, helping with the visas etc but we didn't see them at all during our stay which was partly due to the fact our apartment was in a separate block. This apartment was superbly placed and very close to a metro station which was easy to navigate. Great little kitchen as well. This was a really enjoyable visit to Russia we were proactive in organising ourselves and bought a guide book with a map which was really useful and saved us a fortune in organised trips. If you want organised trips though the hotel can book these for you.”
“Everything went excellent, except the bed was too soft for me. But the personnel was extremely polite, they offered me extra "lunch bag" to takeaway, because I had to leave hotel before opening hours for breakfast.”
