“This was the first stop for our India trip and I must say it was a terrific experience. Truly 5 star service, really nice gesture of the amenities and the rose petals in the bathroom. We was just staying for one night, however the team made it very special. When we checked in, we didn't got the information about the opening time for the rooftop pool (arrived half an hour later after the closing time), however the Spa lady was extremely nice with us and allowed us to try it out while she took care of us. I also need to mention the Indian restaurant within the hotel, and the really nice restaurant manager did everything to provide excellent service on a whole new level. Very good selection of breakfast as well, however I must say the team a bit afraid to interact with European people so I had to ask sometimes twice for something.. :) Well done Roseate team! We will definitely come back sometime!”
