We were met by the friendly and smiling doorman, greeted by the porters, the Concierge and this is all before getting to the Reservation desk to check in! We were greeted by Savo at Reception and from hereon everything just was beautiful! Savo was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as all the other staff behind the desk. Our room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Location is also perfect - next to the Cathedral, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and in the heart of Milan! Ideal place to stay in Milan.
