Friendly, helpful staff who helped me find the hotel carpark after two attempts driving round and recommended some excellent local restaurants/tapas bar. The 'duplex' room was lovely, small but sufficient space for us and very good bathroom. Some reveiws stated the car park was difficult - it's small, yes, but not that hard to negotiate - this is an underground carpark in a 15th century city after all!”
