“The hotel has 2 restaurants. None of them are cheap, but both are really good. Well, one is a decent and pretty good restaurant compared to the standards, but the other one, is just... amazing (2* at the michelin and it really deserves them). Obviously it's a bit pricey but if you go to this hotel, it's especially because of this exceptional restaurant, it's clearly a must! And in all honesty, there are numerous of 1* restaurant, or even restaurant without award which are more expensive than this one. Hence it's a good value, even for this money (expect around 150€/person incl. wine). The hotel is well equipped with sauna, swimming pool, hot tub, etc.”

“La struttura ha un elegante stile alpino congiunto a servizi moderni ed eccellenti. L'area spa, in parte anche nudista, è grande, arredata recentemente e di livello decisamemte elevato. Anche il giardino è molto bello e offre sedute confortevoli per un pieno relax. La colazione è varia, abbondante e deliziosa. Non ho provato il ristorante interno ma mi aspetto che sia dello stesso livello.Inoltre c'è un ampio parcheggio con ingresso sul retro.”
“Es war alles top, riesiges Zimmer, toller Saunabereich und vor allem ein ganz besonderes Restaurant mit außerordentlich guter Küche! Wir waren auf unserer Wanderung von München nach Venedig in diesem Hotel für eine Nacht und waren als Wanderer eher "Exoten", dennoch wurden wir freundlich empfangen. ”
“Beide Abendessen in der Gourmetstube waren ausgezeichnet, auch beide Menüs. Die zahlreichen Grüße aus der Küche und Zwischengänge waren köstlich, jeder Gang ein Genuss, bestehend aus vielen feinen Komponenten, die vorzüglich alleine schmeckten und hervorragend zueinander passten. Der sehr freundliche und kompetente Sommelier hat besonders gut zu den passenden Weinen für die einzelnen Gänge beraten. Auch Service und Ambiente waren toll. Die Gourmetstube Einhorn ist das kulinarische Highlight in Südtirol (verglichen mit den anderen besuchten Sternerestaurants), auf demselben Level wie manche Drei-Sterne-Restaurants in anderen Regionen. Die Zimmer im Romantikhotel Stafler waren sehr schön und sauber. Der Wellness-Bereich und die Massagen bei Tanja waren toll. Insgesamt ist die Auszeichnung zum Hotel des Jahres in Südtirol hochverdient.”
