“The location is fantastic - you can't beat the access to all of the sites uptown and downtown. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. We were even able to check into our room early, and our room had a gorgeous view of the river. The building was maintained beautifully. They have free, coffee and tea in the fully accessible lounge, which also has computers and printing available. The pillows were also extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!”

Enjoyed eating in Macy's (formerly Marshall Fields) Walnut Room and viewing their 45 ft tall Christmas tree. Also enjoyed a musical at the Oriental Theatre, a must see for it's lavish turn of the century interior artwork.”

“The location is excellent! So close to the Riverwalk. Also close to great food and drink. The room was cozy but just what was needed. On the floor, they provided a machine with fresh, cold water and free bottles with the cap for easy filling and refilling.Do not leave without trying the stuffed pizza from their in-house restaurant!! It was soo good. And the staff was super friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.”
“This hotel is located in THE PERFECT location to see Chicago: bus tours, boat tours, in a walking distance to the Navy Pier, Millennium Park, Christkindlmarket and many museums. Loved really fast Wi-Fi in my room, front desk agents were really nice, also check in and check out was fast and smooth. Really good Italian restaurant on the first floor, not pretensions, but very tasty and reasonably priced. Also loved that you could only get to your floor by scanning your room key in the elevator, felt really safe. My room was looking at the building wall, but was really quiet and no street noise was heard inside the room.”
