“It would be comfortabl for the guest, if you could provide a teapoy and two extra chairs. The writing table at sleeping area is not required as you have provided another one in the dressing area. If the guests bring any outsiders for a chat, at present it would be difficult to make them feel comfortable by sitting on the bed. Rather if you have two extra chairs and tea poy it would be more comfortable. You have courteus staff. It would be an added adantage if you could also arrange for transport facilities for guests. Also it would be a nice thing on your part to provide a "Prayer mat" for those who wish to pray in the room.”
