“-Very friendly personnel. Complimentary breakfast upon arrival. Early check-in and late check-out were arranged. -Location - Illetas is nice small town with an easy bus connection to Palma (bus stop front of the hotel, travel time 20-30mins to center of Palma, 1,50€/one-way). -A couple of nice restaurants nearby -2 small pool areas, plenty of sunbeds available -Excellent breakfast”

“The excellent staff, nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room and all areas of the hotel had a really pleasant and laid back feel, we experienced no pressures whatsoever and found the proximity to Palma and transport links very good. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had direct access to one of the pools, there are two pools and we found these to be more than adequate for the size of the hotel.”
