“Liked the friendly staff who assisted us with our large back pack to be held in their storage until check in time, so we could venture outside of the property. Great location from Sendai Station. Provided umbrellas for us when it rained before the typhoon.”
“As soon as I entered the lobby, I could see what stadard this hotel is aiming for; design, comfort and service to a fault. I was amazed how much effort the reception staff took in making the check-in as professional, service-minded and smooth as possible. The precious single room I booked was large with a very comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom (by western standards). Even though the hotel is located right in the middle of the busiest street in Sendai, the noise level inside the rooms was low. Free drink/coffee in the lobby is a great bonus! Overall, a great stay and good value for money. Definately staying here again when I travel to Japan next year.”

“The hotel is very close to the station, and walking distance to tonnes of food and shopping. They gave us a pack of beauty stuff for me, and a kids pack for the baby (the husband missed out) The lounge has free drinks and soft serve from 11am until night.”
