Even shared bathroom is no hassle as there is always one close to your room and never have to wait. Located easy walking distance to the many restaurants in Swan St. Free onsite parking is a bonus.”

“The location of the Hotel was just what I wanted - near where I needed to go. Great tram connections. Free parking at the Hotel was a Godsend as were the eateries in Swan Street. The Hotel has a welcoming feeling, even though it is a bit of a maze. Very clean room/ensuite with windows I could open for air. The bed was a bit firm - I am used to a much softer one at home, but there were lots of pillows and I slept OK. There was a wide choice of breads, preserves, tea, coffee and juices, cereals and fruits in the Continental breakfast included in the accommodation cost. I particularly enjoyed the hot, creamy porridge on offer - with a choice of honey, prune compote, yoghurt, pears and apricots in juice, several styles of milk as a topping. Or you could have them all!!! Four types of bread and waffles were also available together with a large selection of jams.”
