“Everything was OK, onsen just perfect, breakfast could be more varied.”
“The hotel serves a free and excellent onsen for customers, which normally costs 800 Yen + 300 Yen for the tower. There is also free parking at the hotel and many restaurants and one Daiso 100 Yen round it. The hotel serves Japanese breakfast at an extra cost of 700Yen/person, but the customer can have a better choice at the Saizeriya restaurant just in front of the hotel.”
“The staff were helpful and friendly, especially to our children. We stayed one night, the next night in a mountain hut on Fuji, and the third night back in the hotel. They watched our luggage for us the second night, helped us return our equipment rental, and welcomed us back dusty and sweaty from our hike with warm smiles. The onsen was fantastic for the whole family, but especially for my boys. Air conditioning, bathrooms, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and all other stated amenities were clean, pleasant, and worked well.”
“I can see the Mt. Fuji through the window! this hotel locates in the one of the best places.”
“Onsen! We stayed for 3D2N. Used their onsen for both nights when we returned from a whole day sightseeing. Even my youngest kid (6 years old) enjoyed the onsen. We stayed at family room (jap style) had fun making out the funtons. Given a mountain view room. Simply amazing to wake up with a beautiful view. Was experience for us. If you bought the red and green line unlimited bus ticket from kawachugi station, the nearest bus stop is 15mind walk to the fujiyuma onsen. Can save the 1400-1500 yen taxi fare to kawaguchigi station. ”
“At check-in they for some reason gave me a reduced price for the room, which was big and comfy and facing Mt Fuji, with no buildings in the way. This side of the building was also very quiet. There was a very nice public onsen (bath), including an open-air bath. The hotel restaurant was the kind that served small, tasty dishes, allowing you to sample many different things, and the staff was very quick. As it is an onsen hotel you can wear the bathrobe anywhere in the building, and there is a raised floor area which is no-shoes only, including the restaurant. There were no bike facilities, but they allowed me to bring the bike into my room after washing the tires. The staff spoke good English. It seemed there were not many hotel guests, but many locals came for the restaurant and the bath.”
“Amazing view of fuji right outside our room! The room was a japanese style room which was able to accommodate more than 4 people! Nearby amenities include fast food chains like mcd and kfc with 100 yen shop just outside the hotel. 24 hour convienent store is just opposite the road. Hotspring was awesome as it was open air.”
“It's worth to have a stay here with a lower price but nice onsen(hot spring) and the view from the room (some of the rooms may not have Mt. Fuji view), and the servers are really kind.”
“free spa is awesome, thanks to the waiter let us check in at 12:00, when we are tired.”
“The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were warm and comfortable. We loved the view of Mt Fuji from our room window on a clear day and we enjoyed the onsen.”
