“This is a unique and wonderful hotel, set amongst the trees of a sacred wood on a hillside overlooking the lovely town of Spoleto. We loved everything about the place, and will definitely return there. The staff are fantastic, very friendly, helpful, and a lot of fun. The chef is inspired - we are vegetarian, and enjoyed some of the nicest vegetarian food we have ever had, together with some really lovely wines from the extensive cellar. This is one of the most memorable holidays we have had.”
“Beautiful historic place, still owned by the family. The building is full of historic pictures and books, and they even have their own little frescoed chapel. Nice pool with views over Spoleto. There is a footpath down to the aqueduct but (officially at least) you can't cross it to get to town because of earthquake damage, which is a shame as it is much further by road.”
“beautiful place with spectacuöar view and super friendly service”
“Location is gorgeous and mystic, highly recommend.”
“It's a museum with a fascinating heritage. Authentic; which can be both good and bad.Fantastic views”
“Staff was beyond amazing. So kind and attentive. I had dietary needs and they were met with joy and flavor! Views are spectacular, pool was clean and cool. Weather was hot and inside the thick stone walls was always comfortable. air conditioner was quiet. Very peaceful. They supply ironed bath towels, ironed sheets and fresh table cloths for every meal. Very refined. A beautiful world here. Very restful which was my main objective. Eat, sleep, and swim. Perfect!!”
“Super location up the hill overlooking Spoleto. Excellent dinner outside, a relaxing experience after a full day of tourism - then outside breakfast next morning too, with great panoramic views. Supportive friendly staff from arrival all through the stay. Quite restful sleep. Residence is filled up with fantastic details, it's a museum like discovery. Highly recommended for Spoleto and surroundings visiting.”

“The place is an old monastery, far from the city, but very beautiful place. Very easy to access the hotel and in a very quite place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Sergio which was dealing with the internet not working well.”
