“Where do I begin? Staff and accommodations are like in world class hotel. Receptionists (Yana & Taisia) were exceptionally friendly, professional and competent. Same goes for the rest of staff. Room was spacious, modern, sparkling clean like in the best of hotels. The hotel restaurant can rival some of the best Italian restaurants. Breakfast was of the highest quality and variety and plentiful. In short, in Europe and USA for accommodations and service like in Hotel Izvolte expect to pay 3 to 5 times more, depending on location. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Rostov on Don.”
