After checking out I received a call that the house keeper found my tablet and turned it in, I was so surprised and thankful! I stayed at the westin and left a pair of brand new Liz Claiborne boots in the room, I called back for them and was told they were not turned in, that tells me that the maid kept them. So thank you for hiring excellent staff, they make you guys shine!”
