“The owner was tremendously helpful and clearly wants his guests to enjoy themselves. It's in a great location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the lake, and the ferry terminal is another couple of minutes' walk away. The rooms are small and fairly basic, but have all the necessary facilities, and there's a nice swimming pool - just the thing on a hot Italian afternoon!”

“Outstanding owner/host which sets the place apart from other similar properties. Location great. Great facilities. Don't expect chic modern decor but the rooms (superior room is more a studio with separate bedroom, fridge, table, sofa etc). have all you need for a comfortable stay AND everything works!! As we live a couple of hours away in Le Marche Trasimeno and will be a great regular short break destination and this B&B our place to stay Will definitely return. Thanks to Luigi for helping to make it such a memorable and enjoyable birthday trip for my wife.”

“Well equipped spacious private apartments. The multi-lingual, well-traveled cosmopolitan owner Luigi lives on the premises and is full of good suggestions on what to visit in the greater neighborhood and might introduce you to the amazing variety of exotic fruit trees planted on his property. Our apartment was quite spacious, tiled floors, good bathroom, a table and a desk to work on. Location is close to the lake, very quiet with a direct uphill path through a nearby olive grove to the attractive old town center with good restaurants. Very nice breakfast served in the restaurant with special offerings of egg dishes (with peppers, etc.) for a charge of eu5 per person, very well worth it. Private free parking on the grounds , free wifi. Overall a very pleasant stay.”

“When we arrived at the hotel, we found everything so much better than we had seen from the photos and we even got a kitchen!! Going to both the lake and the center are just walking distance(also for a 4.5 years old). Our son had a great time looking for insects around the houses and he was following Luiji(the host) around like a little tail because Luiji was showing him every insects and small animals around. I have to say that Luiji is the best host we've met and we'd love to go there again!!”
