- Please note that Scarborough Beach Esplanade is currently undergoing exciting construction works, to establish more shops and dining in the area and improve beach access. These works are expected to be completed by 2018. Please note that the construction will take place directly in front of Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough, however the height of the building ensures uninterrupted views (guest rooms start from the 10th floor). Noise preventative glass on balcony doors will also help prevent noise disruptions.
