“Large hotel in centre of Shanghai, 5 minute walk from The Bund and many shops, restaurants. Literally on top of a metro stop - exit C from Yu'Yuan Garden. Quick, friendly check-in and concierge was very efficient and friendly. Room was large with great floor-to-ceiling windows that overlooked the city and could even see the pearl and shanghai tower which was incredible at night! Other facilities on site were plentiful, particularly liked the swimming pool and rooftop bar which had free, 360 degree views of the city - one of the best! Club lounge was exceptional, friendly, attentive staff - particularly Sunny and Sandra, who were always very polite, sociable and kept my wine full! Good range of food available throughout the day with a good view.”
