“I arrived at the hotel to check in at 3pm. After travelling for 25 hours I was exhausted and the receptionist woody told me my room was not going to be ready till 10pm. I explained I was travelling all day and night and it was not acceptable to wait till 10pm for my room to be ready. There was no budging on this. I even offered to pay for an upgrade and still no room. He gave me free breakfast for the trip and told me this will soften the situation for me. Later on around 8 I went up to woody again and asked could he tell me why I had no room till 10pm and he went on to tell me it was now going to be 11pm. I booked a room with 2 beds as I was travelling with a work colleague. When we eventually got our room there was 1 double bed. I also booked a garden view and had no garden view in the room. I don't know if I am the only one who has a bad experience here but I would definetly not recommend it.”
