“Excellent location as it's just in Shin-Osaka station. Room is not that small for Japan, very comfortable bed. The hotel occupies floors 12-17, so you have a chance for some decent views. It was not cheap by any means, but extremely convenient. Staff speaks decent English (for Japan). If you plan on staying in Osaka, but going around to Kyoto, Himeji and the like then I doubt there is a better place to stay.”
