Given the good room rates offered around the time of our stay, we simply booked two rooms (parents and two small kids). Nothing is missing in the room. 2 free bottles of water are provided daily plus a electric kettle is provided. Very powerful shower head which makes taking shower an enjoyment. Breakfast on the 2nd floor serves both Japanese and western style buffet type though the majority is on the Japanese side. I found it tasty and didn't get bored even I had it 4 days in a row.”

“Staff and location is great. Room itself is a little small, but its acceptable for the price of it. Just be prepared that it would be hard to open up a large suitcase in the room. Staff's English is good in general and helpful with luggage storage and other services. Location is unbeatable. Overall is good.”

“There is a massaging chair in the room. Western breakfast is served in Tully’s coffee downstairs. I liked it. Also their pillow and mattress look ordinary but sleep really comfortable. Location is good, with many shops and restaurants around. Staff also very helpful. She lent me an umbrella when it’s raining outside.”
