“We found this hotel online while looking for a bike-friendly hotel in the general area. It surpassed expectations. It is an old grand house/small chateau with a modern restaurant and spa facility built on the other side of the courtyard. A pleasant garden and bar is to the back of the main building. Our room was compact and decorated in an Italianate style but comfortable with a/c which was welcome as weather was very hot. Dinner was good and not notably overpriced and the breakfast was excellent. Mosnes is a one-horse hamlet with nothing much else of note”
