The location is prime in hangzhou, just a turn around the corner from the lake, a short 5min walk to the shopping malls or a nice selection of restuarants.”

“The rooms are actually more like terrace houses, with a downstairs living room, a large toilet on the 2nd floor, the bedroom on the 3rd and a small terrace balcony on the 4th. Beautifully renovated with art deco-ish shanghainese interiors. Breakfast, which is more or less french food, gave lots of choice and save the pastries (which were a bit hard/soggy), was very good. Location is great, just behind the Hyatt and a five min walk to Xihu.”
“闹中取静是这家酒店地理位置的最大特色。尽管有些人可能会觉得所处位置是比较喧闹的西湖段，不及北山杨公堤那里静谧。这便是仁者见仁了。整体环境也较协调，石库门建筑配以民国风格内装饰。虽然弄堂里并非酒店独家所有，各种业态都有。白天会有些游客在前排进出，安全性稍许欠佳。但乐观想也是更有烟火气，可接受。酒店的清洁做了很好。入住第二天脚破皮了，只能赤脚在屋内走动。地板非常干净，无灰也无黏糊感。某些用材选用很见心思。不漂白的卫生纸纸巾；非一次性的牙刷牙膏；家具洁具也都是好材质。”
“地理位置很棒，离西湖景区很近，旁边紧邻嘉里中心和银泰，吃喝玩乐均方便，酒店提供代客泊车，对于自驾游的客人完全没有后顾之忧，酒店从外观到房间设施处处体现民国风，套房有阳台、露台，天气好的时候风景超赞。房间提供的床垫是cocomat的，非常舒服，衣帽间、洗手间设计很人性化，布局也贴心，在老别墅式酒店里实属难得”
