“Staff were ignorant, night staff were absolutely no clue, day staf was very unhelpful. They will not even phone taxi when you request. I have asked for iron and ironing board the answer we don’t have the ironing board and will take over 2 hours to get you iron!!!”

“Enjoyed staying at Reis Inn, the staff were superb with special mention to Mr. Aydin and Ms. Hazal for their hospitality and help. The breakfast is Ok, there is a room for improvement , hotel is quiet in general and has Metro Bus station within 5 minutes walking distance .. The location is far from airport and city center and the D100 is very congested in the day time , In a conclusion, it was one of the best hotels I stayed in Istanbul, very recommended.”

“Location is just fine if you are here for business with exibition center. Hotel provides shutle to exibition center, and this facility is in walking distance. Well, it is about 20-30 min to walk and you'll be told that it is not possible to get to exibition center by foot. It is possible! May be due to military background, but it is possible! But you can choose - 6-8 TL (2-3 Euro) or 20-30 min to walk. From airport - quite easy to get - taxi (just take oficial one, yellow or red, outside of arrival hall) will cost you 50-75 TL (15-20 Euro), depends on traffic. or you may exercise public transportation: Metro then MetroBus (ticket for 3 rides costs 10 TL and you need 2 rides). from MetroBus stop about 10-15 min to walk, but there always taxi waiting (if have lugage). price - really don't know, guess will be not more then 5 TL. Good pool, gym, sauna, etc. Nice and friendly staff, clean room. Good restaurant.”
